We ship Australia wide through Australia Post (Regular Post and Express Post). Live plants, soil, living matter & wooden products cannot be shipped to NT, WA and TAS.

Same/next day courier delivery across Greater Sydney is only available for eligible NSW suburbs.

For Australia Post orders, this will be fulfilled and dispatched within 5 days. Once the order is fulfilled, the Shipping Confirmation email will be sent out with the tracking number. This will also be updated into the Order Status/Thank You page. Subsequent tracking updates will be through Australia Post.
It is your responsibility to track your parcel.

There is no need to fix the billing address unless you specifically need a tax invoice for business purposes.
This is correct - standard rates apply to ALL ORDERS for AusPost Regular Post, AusPost Express Post and for Courier Delivery.
Regardless of whether you want same/next day delivery or not, all 'Sydney Only' items go through Courier Delivery service which incurs a delivery fee.
Courier Delivery allows you to select a guaranteed delivery date (business days only). AusPost does not allow this option.
We do not offer free delivery.
If you are getting the error: This order canβt be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again., there are two reasons.

If you have mixed 'Sydney Only' products with regular plants, this will cause an error. Regular plants can only be sent via AusPost and Sydney Only products can only be sent via courier. The product descriptions will specify whether the item is available for both post and courier orders.

If shipping to NT, WA or TAS, please check that the items are not live plants or bio products (wood, fertilisers etc.).
Try removing from or re-adding items to the cart one by one to find the cause.
If it still doesn't work, please contact us and we will promptly have a look at your cart to resolve the issue :)
We do not include physical invoices with the orders. If you require a tax invoice, please download this through the Order Confirmation email.
No, only one payment has been processed. Banks need to authorise your card transactions - this means that a pending transaction may show up, alongside the completed transaction. This pending transaction is a temporary hold by your bank and should disappear in 1-3 days. For any concerns, please contact your bank/credit card company.
Same/next day/specific day delivery via courier is only available for Greater Sydney NSW if you selected 'Same Day Delivery' at the checkout and are ordering something from the Same Day Plant Delivery in Sydney collection for potted plant gifts and hampers.
Australia Post Express Post is NOT same day/next day delivery.

If the recipient is based in Greater Sydney (see eligible NSW postcodes here), we recommend purchasing from the Same Day Plant Delivery in Sydney collection.
For the rest of NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & ACT, we recommend purchasing an interstate succulent gift box which travels well and is a more complete and presentable gift.
Australia Post has authority to leave (ATL) parcels in a safe spot at the shipping address, if the recipient is not present. If no safe spot is available, the parcel will be brought to the local post office to await collection by the recipient.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to collect the parcel as soon as possible to keep the contents in good condition.
Australia Post does not offer a re-delivery service for parcels that end up at the post office. They will be returned to sender if not picked up in reasonable time.
